Job Description
Woodcraft Rangers is seeking a passionate Club Leader for their Afterschool Program. This on-site position involves leading age-appropriate activities, fostering a positive learning environment, and building strong relationships with participants, colleagues, and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, energetic, and proactive, comfortable presenting and collaborating within a fast-paced team.

Requirements

  • Knowledge and experience working in expanded learning programs or youth recreational facilities.
  • Minimum High School Diploma or GED.
  • Valid LIVE Scan, TB Clearance, and CPR Certification.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Computer literacy and willingness to learn.
  • Working well with young children and/or youth.
  • Good oral and written communication.
