Job Description
The State of Connecticut, Department of Developmental Services (DDS) has a vacant position of Leadership Associate, in Central Office, Operations Center. The target class will be Developmental Services Director of Service Development and Support.

Requirements

  • Provide centralized oversight to the Program & Resource Allocation Team (PRAT) committee
  • Supervise the Provider Qualification process
  • Oversee revenue retention reviews
  • Implement legislatively approved provider rate changes
  • Facilitate communication with providers
  • Assist with Policy and Procedure development
  • Leads special projects
