Role OverviewAMA Consulting LLC is seeking an experienced Leadership Development Facilitator to support a proposed leadership development program. The Facilitator will deliver engaging, practical, and evidence-based leadership development experiences for senior leaders.
What You Will Do
Facilitate leadership development workshops, cohort learning sessions, and applied learning activities for senior-level participants.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Leadership, Business Administration, Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field
- Five (5)+ years of experience in leadership development, management development, organizational development, training, or facilitation
- Demonstrated experience facilitating programs for executives, senior leaders, department heads, or comparable leadership audiences
- Strong understanding of adult learning and experiential learning principles
- Demonstrated ability to facilitate complex discussions and engage senior-level stakeholders
- Excellent presentation, communication, interpersonal, and group facilitation skills
- Ability to facilitate effectively in both in-person and virtual environments
