Role OverviewJoin RTX's two-year rotational Engineering Leadership Development Program (ELDP) – Electrical Discipline to accelerate your engineering career and develop into a future technical leader. You will receive high-caliber training, professional mentoring, and frontline, hands-on engineering experience directly within our cutting-edge design, prototyping, and test environments.
What You Will Do
Complete three 8-month rotational assignments across various U.S. locations, executing core engineering milestones, collaborating cross-functionally, and presenting technical reviews to varied stakeholders and leadership teams.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related STEM major, relevant internship or work experience, and experience using common electronic test and measurement equipment.
