Role OverviewThe Leadership Development Program Associate will support the LDP management team with coordination and execution of established program activities. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to follow established procedures while working closely with team members, program participants, and internal stakeholders.
What You Will Do
The Associate will assist with routine coordination and administrative support for functional LDP programming, planning and executing in-person events, supporting program communications, and assisting with routine program finance administration.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related field
- Prior internship, co-op, campus leadership, or related experience in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, Leadership Development, Recruiting, Program Coordination, or a related field
- Experience with HR systems, applicant tracking systems, reporting tools, or Microsoft-based applications
