The role involves designing, developing, and delivering learning and development interventions, providing individual or group coaching, and supporting wider organisational-development projects.
What You Will Do
Design, develop, and deliver learning and development interventions, provide individual or group coaching, support wider organisational-development projects, and contribute specialist expertise as part of a broader Rosie's People client engagement.

Ideal candidates have at least five years' relevant professional experience in L&D, training, facilitation, organisational development, and/or professional coaching, and can evidence personally designing, developing, and delivering high-quality learning or development interventions.
Requirements
- At least five years' relevant professional experience in L&D, training, facilitation, organisational development, and/or professional coaching
- Relevant L&D, training, facilitation, CIPD, CMI, ILM, ICF, EMCC or equivalent professional qualifications/accreditations
- Experience working with managers, leaders, and/or professional populations
- Ability to adapt approach to different organisations, industries, audiences, and organisational cultures
- Confidence facilitating interactive sessions and responding appropriately to questions, challenge, and discussion
- Ability to translate organisational needs into practical learning or development interventions
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a wider consultancy delivery team
- Commercial awareness, organisation, and reliability
- Ability to confidently represent the Rosie's People brand within client organisations
