Role Overview

Leadership, Management, L&D Consultant / Coach for experienced professionals who enjoy working with different organisations and can confidently represent Rosie's People within client environments. The role involves designing, developing, and delivering learning and development interventions, providing individual or group coaching, and supporting wider organisational-development projects.

What You Will Do

Design, develop, and deliver learning and development interventions, provide individual or group coaching, support wider organisational-development projects, and contribute specialist expertise as part of a broader Rosie's People client engagement.

Why It Might Be a Fit

Ideal candidates have at least five years' relevant professional experience in L&D, training, facilitation, organisational development, and/or professional coaching, and can evidence personally designing, developing, and delivering high-quality learning or development interventions.

Requirements

  • At least five years' relevant professional experience in L&D, training, facilitation, organisational development, and/or professional coaching
  • Relevant L&D, training, facilitation, CIPD, CMI, ILM, ICF, EMCC or equivalent professional qualifications/accreditations
  • Experience working with managers, leaders, and/or professional populations
  • Ability to adapt approach to different organisations, industries, audiences, and organisational cultures
  • Confidence facilitating interactive sessions and responding appropriately to questions, challenge, and discussion
  • Ability to translate organisational needs into practical learning or development interventions
  • Comfortable working both independently and as part of a wider consultancy delivery team
  • Commercial awareness, organisation, and reliability
  • Ability to confidently represent the Rosie's People brand within client organisations
