• Conduct thorough market research and competitor mapping to identify the best Product Management leaders in the global tech ecosystem.
• Deliver a tailored, high-touch candidate experience, ensuring that senior-level talent is engaged with a high degree of professionalism and discretion.
• Utilize advanced search techniques and networking to identify and attract 'passive' candidates who are not actively looking but are a perfect fit for TikTok's culture and scale.
• Proactively source a diverse leadership pipeline, ensuring D&I best practices are integrated into every stage of the executive search process.
• Act as a subject matter expert on the external talent market, providing data-driven insights to recruiters and business leaders to influence hiring decisions.
