Role OverviewThe Leadman is responsible for providing work directions to their team members to accomplish the goals set by the Location Supervisor. This includes communication of goals, assigning tasks, follow-up, and on time completion. The person should develop a sense of dependability and responsibility among their team members, operate with enthusiasm and lead by example.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include effectively communicating with the Location Supervisor and the team members, organizing and supervising team members to accomplish the goals/objectives set by the Location Supervisor, inspecting work area and equipment to maintain a safe and efficient workspace, and monitoring product quality.

Requirements
- High school education or equivalent
- Two years' work experience with Calcium Products or a manufacturing or mining company
- Supervisory experience and maintenance experience preferred
- Proven track record of attention to safe operation practices and working conditions
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to identify problems and exhibit good problem-solving skills
- Ability to project professionalism with all groups
