Role OverviewThe LEADS Infrastructure Services Specialist 4 will design and manage VMware ESXi, KVM, and Harvester environments, deploy and optimize VMs, create automation for provisioning, maintenance, and reporting. They will also administer Active Directory, user/group security, domain replication, and internal Domain Name Services services for LEADS and server communication. Additionally, they will manage NFS/SMB services, multi-datacenter share availability, Commvault backup scheduling, retention, troubleshooting, and recovery testing. The Specialist will oversee Oracle RAC/Grid deployments, cluster configuration, ASM storage, and routine patching to ensure high availability and performance for LEADS databases. They will also manage Docker/Kubernetes clusters, container lifecycle, image pipelines, and AWS GovCloud hybrid integration to ensure proper resource allocation and service availability.

Requirements
- 60 mos. combined work experience in evaluating current IT policies, procedures, and practices, recommending and/or leading IT-driven change efforts, participating and/or leading activities to achieve project tasks/meet deadlines, and performing solutions design
- 12 mos. work experience in the primary technology specified by the agency (Server Virtualization)
- completion of associate core program in computer science or information systems
- 42 mos. combined work experience in evaluating current IT policies, procedures, and practices, recommending and/or leading IT-driven change efforts, participating and/or leading activities to achieve project tasks/meet deadlines, and performing solutions design
- 36 mos. combined work experience in evaluating current IT policies, procedures, and practices, recommending and/or leading IT-driven change efforts, participating and/or leading activities to achieve project tasks/meet deadlines, and performing solutions design
- equivalent of minimum class qualifications for employment
