Deliver quantifiable improvement results in Quality, Safety, Delivery & Cost within the assigned Value Stream through Lean Six Sigma projects and provide leadership in the execution of projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (or a combination of relevant experience and/or formal training)
  • 2+ years of work experience in the same capacity
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong ability to communicate across different levels and across departments of the organization
  • Strong mathematical aptitude
  • Strong systems perspective
  • Lean / Six Sigma Green Belt certified an advantage
