Job Description
The Lean Services Manager leads Lean implementation on large and complex construction projects by facilitating Lean planning, training and coaching project teams, and supporting continuous improvement across the project lifecycle.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or related field
  • 5-10 years of experience implementing Lean practices on construction projects
  • Experience leading Lean delivery across multiple complex or large-scale projects
  • Experience supporting organization-wide Lean consistency and improvement initiatives
  • Advanced understanding of Lean philosophy, Last Planner System purpose, and CPM/Last Planner System integration
  • Advanced familiarity with Touchplan or other Last Planner System management tools
  • Willingness to travel up to 85%
  • Ability to lead high-complexity facilitation, partnering, and alignment efforts
