Job Description
We are seeking a Learning and Development Coordinator to provide administrative support to our trainers, curriculum designers, and more. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating engaging learning experiences and have experience in training support, instructional design, and general administration.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent relevant work experience in Human Resources, Performance Technologies or Psychology
1 year of experience in Real Estate, Retail, Hospitality, the Service Industry OR 1 year of experience administering and designing training content for Training and Development and/or Human Resources
Strong writing and proofreading skills
Graphic Design experience is preferred
Strong organization skills
Excellent ability to coordinate and collaborate effectively across a team
Ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial and purpose-driven company
