Job Description
We are seeking a Learning and Development Coordinator to provide administrative support to our trainers, curriculum designers, and more. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating engaging learning experiences and have experience in training support, instructional design, and general administration.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent relevant work experience in Human Resources, Performance Technologies or Psychology
  • 1 year of experience in Real Estate, Retail, Hospitality, the Service Industry OR 1 year of experience administering and designing training content for Training and Development and/or Human Resources
  • Strong writing and proofreading skills
  • Graphic Design experience is preferred
  • Strong organization skills
  • Excellent ability to coordinate and collaborate effectively across a team
  • Ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial and purpose-driven company
