Job Description
The Learning & Development Team uses the ADDIE model to create engaging Training and Knowledge Management solutions across our entire organization. We facilitate live, hands-on ILT for our front-line bankers, and we also leverage eLearning & Knowledge Management strategies.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in human resources, organizational development, behavioral science, communications, or similar area of study required.
10 years of progressive experience in training program assessment, analysis, design, and delivery of ILT and interactive multimedia eLearning required.
3 years managing/leading a team required, Learning & Development/Training team preferred
