The ideal candidate will have a passion for learning and development, strong facilitation and public speaking skills, and experience in instructional design, training delivery, and course development.

Requirements

  • Strong facilitation and public speaking skills
  • Experience in instructional design, training delivery, and course development
  • Familiarity with learning management systems and learning technologies
  • Ability to coach individuals to help them overcome obstacles and challenges
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with global L&D teams
  • 4-year degree, master's degree preferred
