Assess training and development needs, design and deliver learning solutions, maintain training records, and evaluate learning effectiveness.

Requirements

- Ability to build partnerships, influence others, and work effectively across functions and levels of the organization
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, facilitation skills, and attention to detail
- Experience with learning systems, training records, reporting, or other administrative learning processes
