Job Description
The Learning and Performance Consultant is responsible for providing training consultation, designing and delivering training content, and facilitating learning events for company leaders and teams. The role also involves managing the Learning Management System (LMS) and creating training documentation. Occasional travel is required.

Requirements

  • High-School diploma or equivalent required
  • 3+ years’ experience in a corporate training role
  • 3+ years’ experience in instructional design and delivery
  • 3+ years training facilitation of leadership level curriculum
