Learning & Development Consultant

As a Learning & Development Consultant, you will provide expert consultation to leadership on learning and organizational development strategies to meet business needs. You will design and deliver leadership development programs and organizational strategies, develop and implement training tools and materials, and collaborate with leaders to identify and address organizational development needs.

What You Will Do

Your main responsibilities will include managing and expanding leadership development programs, including internships and onboarding processes, supporting the implementation of customized leadership development and organizational development interventions, and administering and acting as a subject matter expert for various learning platforms.

• Knowledge of instructional designing, implementation, and managing traditional and modern training methods and techniques
• Knowledge of learning management systems and web delivery tools
