Job Description
We're excited to announce a new Learning & Development Specialist position available at Bryten in the Tampa Bay/Central Area of Florida or North Carolina. The position involves coordinating, scheduling, and communicating training sessions, managing the learning calendar, and designing, developing, and rolling out training programs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in Learning & Development, Training, or Talent Development.
  • Experience within the property management, real estate, or hospitality industry preferred.
