Job Description
The Learning Experience Designer I designs and develops engaging, scalable learning experiences that strengthen employee performance, operational performance, and patient care.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in instructional design, learning support, or related L&D role
Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Communications, or related field
Familiarity with eLearning authoring tools and LMS systems
Strong writing and verbal communications, visual design, and editing skills
