Perform quality assurance on all learning assets before publication and maintain documentation, source files, and version control for all assigned work.

Deliver assigned courses, programs, and onboarding modules aligned to department priorities and standards. Escalate blocked or at-risk deliverables within 2 business days and partner with SMEs on targeted learning solutions.
