Job Description

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or related field
5+ years of experience managing an LMS (e.g., Workday Learning, Cornerstone, SAP SuccessFactors, Docebo)
Strong understanding of learning and development principles and adult learning theory
Experience in developing learning strategies and programs
Proven project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with HRIS systems
