Job Description
The Learning Portfolio Manager owns and manages the assigned learning portfolio strategy. They execute learning portfolio responsibilities, including stakeholder management, needs assessment, curriculum development, updates to training content, and learning solution effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Talent Development, Human Resources, Education, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in corporate learning field.
  • Experience in adult learning and core instructional design models (ADDIE, Bloom's) for creating engaging, effective, and measurable training.
  • Experience using authoring tools, LMS platforms, video tools, graphic design, virtual classroom platforms, and emerging tech like AI and augmented/virtual reality.
  • Excellent planning, instructional design, consulting, and process-orientation skills.
