Join the Maryland Department of Human Services as a Learning Producer and contribute to delivering high-quality learning experiences to over 5,000 employees across the state. The position involves managing technical components, delivering instructor-led training, and providing technical support for web conferencing platforms.

Requirements

  • Graduation from an accredited high school or possession of a high school equivalency certificate
  • Six months of experience performing administrative staff, clerical, clerical technical, or secretarial work
  • Preferably one year of experience with virtual meeting platforms such as Zoom and Google Meet
  • Preferably one year of professional work experience working with Google Suite and/or Microsoft Office Suite
  • Preferably one year of experience communicating with and assisting webinar or virtual classroom participants
