Role OverviewThe Learning Support and Clinical Liaison is a member of the HR Team, providing learning support to the organization's training and competency processes. This position develops curricula, trains staff, and monitors performance. With mentoring, supports department-based systems trainers and resource staff.
What You Will Do
Coordinates educational programs, conducts audits, reviews competency files, and ensures accuracy. Produces training materials, supports class logistics, and compiles training calendars. Advises staff on resources and refers to knowledge-based information repositories.
