Job Description
The Lease Administrator is responsible for abstracting and monitoring leases, subleases, legal agreements, and associated documents, and serving as the administrator of the pdSite Link system.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3-5 years Lease Administration experience in a retail environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent Property Management experience in a retail environment.
  • Ability to understand legal terminology and interpret Lease clauses;
  • Excellent verbal and written skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and be detail oriented.
