Job Description
The Lease Administrator is responsible for abstracting and monitoring leases, subleases, legal agreements, and associated documents, and serving as the administrator of the pdSite Link system.
Requirements
Minimum of 3-5 years Lease Administration experience in a retail environment.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent Property Management experience in a retail environment.
Ability to understand legal terminology and interpret Lease clauses;
Excellent verbal and written skills
Excellent organizational skills and be detail oriented.
