Role OverviewThe incumbent coordinates and monitors assigned program activities, reviews and analyzes data concerning agency programs, provides technical assistance and advice to agency personnel and others, responds to inquiries, maintains liaison with various agencies, and performs related work as required. The basic purpose of this work is to coordinate, monitor, develop, and implement programs for an assigned agency.
What You Will Do
The incumbent will oversee the implementation of real estate agreements, monitor the review and execution of new licenses, negotiate renewal terms, supervise business management specialists, research transactions, prepare reports, assist in the preparation of real estate contracts, and perform ad-hoc analysis to support operations.

The incumbent will work with Project Management and Finance Director to identify agreements with assets that may have a higher and better use, administer all aspects of an agreement's life cycle, develop and maintain databases related to real estate projects, and provide administrative support and act as liaison to other departments.
Requirements
- at least four years of full-time, or equivalent part-time, professional, administrative or managerial experience in business administration, business management or public administration
- at least one year of supervisory experience
- Bachelor's degree with a major in business administration, business management or public administration may be substituted for a maximum of two years of experience
- Graduate degree with a major in business administration, business management or public administration may be substituted for a maximum of three years of experience
- Bachelor's or higher degree with a major other than in business administration, business management or public administration may be substituted for a maximum of one year of experience
