Role OverviewThe Lease Operator 1 performs basic operational duties to support safe, efficient, and environmentally responsible production operations. This role is responsible for conducting daily operational checks of assigned wells and production facilities, ensuring safety devices are functional, monitoring well performance trends, and assisting with optimization efforts.
What You Will Do
Safely operate and maintain lease equipment and production facilities, perform basic operating tasks, accurately enter daily production data, complete facility and compressor inspections, and monitor wells and compressors to maximize production.

The ideal candidate will have impeccable integrity, demonstrate safe work behaviors and practices, and have strong verbal and written communication skills. Previous experience in Oil and Gas Exploration & Production is preferred.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license
- Basic computer proficiency with various software programs
- Ability to safely operate a vehicle in all weather conditions in rural and open-range environments during all seasons of the year
- Understanding of safe operation of high-pressure and high-temperature equipment
