Role OverviewAs a Leasing Consultant, you will be the face of our community, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, executing creative marketing strategies, and consistently closing tours with signed leases.
What You Will Do
You will greet prospective residents warmly, build rapport, and provide engaging, informative tours of the community. You will also respond promptly and professionally to all inquiries and issues.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- 1+ years of experience in leasing, sales, marketing, or customer service (property management experience a plus).
- Proven ability to close sales and meet or exceed leasing goals.
- Strong marketing background, including experience with digital and social media marketing.
- Excellent communication skills: written, verbal, and interpersonal.
- Proficiency with property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
- Professional appearance and adherence to TBCO’s dress code.
