Lease-Up Leasing Specialist for Luxury High-Rise (Sales Specialist)

The Sales Specialist is on the front lines in assuring our residents feel loved from first point of contact and through the entire lifecycle.

What You Will Do

Uphold Sentral’s standards, best practices, policies and procedures, and value of excellence in customer service. Establish rapport with residents and guests so they always feel loved. Oversee the daily leasing responsibilities of the community in accordance with company policies and standards.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred
• Minimum of one-year of experience in a customer service-related industry and one-year of apartment leasing experience (lease-up experience preferred) or a combination of accounting skills/education with customer service experience is preferred
• Must possess strong attention to detail
• Knowledge of established leasing practices and procedures
• Demonstrated ability to support and contribute to community team
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Great time management skills
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
• Computer literate with capability in email, MS Office and related communication tools
• Willingness to participate in training in order to comply with new or existing laws
• Demonstrated ability to diffuse and respond to customer concerns to avoid escalation of the problem
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
