Role OverviewThe Lease Up Property Manager is responsible for all marketing and pre-leasing efforts for a new housing development. They will design and implement a marketing and leasing plan, assume Property Manager roles once the property becomes operational, and provide overall direction to the Capstone community.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include providing daily office duties, establishing and maintaining relationships with local businesses, planning and executing marketing efforts, preparing leasing reports, and facilitating the leasing process.
Why It Might Be a Fit
To perform this job successfully, you must have a strong customer service background, a working knowledge of MS Office programs, and at least one year of experience in apartment marketing and leasing.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing and/or equivalent experience
- 1-3 years lease up experience
- Strong customer service background and skills
- Working knowledge of MS Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Familiarity with Entrata (a plus)
