Role OverviewResponsible for the showing and leasing of apartments in accordance with regulatory agreements and Volunteers of America policies and procedures. Process applications, execute lease documents, and maintain applicant waitlists and resident files.
What You Will Do
Conduct applicant interviews, obtain 3rd verifications, calculate income/assets/medical expenses, and enter data into the property management software. Confirm rent accuracy, assist in processing recertifications, and collect and post resident rents and utilities.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Must be able to communicate effectively, maintain good relations with residents and employees, and perform basic math aptitude. Knowledge of computer operations and basic data entry required.
Requirements

- One-year administrative/clerical office experience
