Job Description
Perform sales and leasing activities to achieve revenue and occupancy goals, inspect apartments, stay informed about market conditions, and design marketing activities to drive traffic to the community. Ensure community and show units meet show quality standards, follow up with prospects and residents, and respond to concerns and questions. Promote a positive image of the apartment community and management company.

Requirements

  • Two years of Leasing experience in the Multifamily industry
  • Solid sales and customer service skills
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Active listening skills and willingness to learn
  • Ability to pay close attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy
  • Strong communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Strong computer skills
