Role OverviewThe Leasing Agent is responsible for leasing apartments or commercial units by attracting, touring, and converting prospective tenants into residents. This role serves as the primary point of contact for prospects and residents, providing excellent customer service while supporting occupancy and revenue goals.
What You Will Do
Greet prospective tenants, conduct property tours, qualify prospects, process rental applications, and maintain accurate leasing records. Assist with move-ins and move-outs, handle resident questions, and support marketing efforts.
Why It Might Be a Fit
