Role OverviewThe Leasing Agent will be responsible for promoting leasing, retention, and occupancy for a portfolio of multifamily properties in Madison and surrounding areas. The role requires a valid driver's license and reliable transportation due to travel between properties. The Leasing Agent will create a lasting influence on visitors, prospects, and residents through customer service focus.
What You Will Do
Prospects: greet, qualify, show, and close prospective residents. Leasing: prepare move-in packages, lease paperwork, and verify applications. Resident Retention: prepare service requests and assign staff to duties.

Requirements
