Leasing Agent

The Leasing Agent is the property's marketing and sales representative responsible for marketing the property, greeting clients, presenting the community's features and benefits, and securing lease agreements. This role requires a professional and courteous attitude, with a focus on creating great living experiences.

What You Will Do

Responsibilities include marketing the property, greeting clients, presenting the community's features and benefits, securing lease agreements, and maintaining a professional atmosphere in the leasing offices. The Leasing Agent will also be responsible for inspecting models and vacancies, updating online advertising, and coordinating renewals.

Why It Might Be a Fit

The ideal candidate will have excellent leasing and closing skills, good communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. Bilingual skills in Spanish are a plus. The Leasing Agent will be responsible for creating and communicating high expectations for staff and holding them accountable for results.
