What You Will Do
Responsibilities include responding to resident concerns, completing work order request forms, interviewing prospective tenants, and assisting with the collection of monthly rents. You'll also perform administrative duties, develop a comprehensive understanding of competing properties, and prepare property reports.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent skill level
- Valid Washington State Driver's License
