Leasing Agent

As the Leasing Agent, you will be a key player in our apartment community, reporting to the General Manager. You will handle all aspects of leasing and marketing while ensuring positive resident relations.

What You Will Do

Greet prospective residents, conduct community tours, and effectively communicate property features, amenities, and benefits to support leasing goals. Process rental applications, secure deposits, and prepare lease agreements in compliance with company policies and Fair Housing regulations.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED or equivalent, preferred. In lieu of degree, equivalent experience in residential properties, rental operations or related experience
• Relevant experience working at a property, even better at a university/college
• Property management software, RealPage, Entrata or like systems
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to build and maintain quality relationships
• Strong customer service skills, ability to manage difficult or emotional customer and staff situations, responds promptly to customer needs and quickly responds to resident requests
• Carbon Literacy Certification or willingness to undertake training?
