Leasing Agent

Newbury Living, a well-established and growing property management company, is looking for a Leasing Agent to work with a team at two HUD-subsidized apartment communities in Burlington, Iowa.

What You Will Do

Market and lease apartments to maintain high occupancy, execute certification of income and assets for residents, collect and process rent and security deposit payments, and provide professional resident relations.

Requirements

• HUD and/or LIHTC property management experience preferred
• 3+ years of apartment management experience preferred
• Excellent problem-solving, verbal and written communication skills, and computer skills
• Valid Iowa driver’s license and vehicle insurance
• Pass a background check and drug screening
