Job Description
We are looking for a Leasing Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, able to multi-task, and has a 'can-do' attitude. The Leasing Agent will be responsible for leasing the community to 100% occupancy, providing premier customer service, and maintaining a database of prospective and current residents.

Requirements

  • Follow and demonstrate Roers' Core Values
  • Answer phones in a professional timely manner
  • Respond to leasing emails
  • Show prospects units and articulate the benefits of living at the property
  • Provide premier customer service to all residents
  • Assist in resident retention programs and events
  • Accept maintenance requests from residents
  • Maintain database of prospective and current residents
  • Maintain traffic logs of tours, telephone calls, information requests, etc.
  • Complete market competition studies
