Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent, college preferred
  • 1+ years of sales and marketing experience in the multi-family property management industry
  • 1+ years of customer service experience
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
  • Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to walk apartments and grounds, including steps and climbing stairs
  • Occasional lifting 20 pounds or less
  • Valid driver’s license
