Role OverviewThe Leasing Associate is responsible for the leasing and marketing of available rental homes throughout the portfolio, providing excellent customer service and maintaining positive prospective resident relations.
What You Will Do
Main day-to-day responsibilities include responding to inquiries, processing applications, calculating income and credit reports, generating lease agreements, scheduling showings, and ensuring compliance with Fair Housing laws.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in scattered-site property management, strong communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and AppFolio.
Requirements
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of experience in scattered-site property management
- Customer service or sales experience
- Strong knowledge of computers, technology, and cloud-based software
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365
- AppFolio experience preferred
- Great communication skills
- Customer service oriented
- Organized and able to manage multiple priorities
- Clean driving record with no major violations
