Job Description
Leasing Broker – Free Market Rentals | Brooklyn, NY · Base + Commission. Manage the full rental cycle from listing to lease signing, conduct apartment showings and open houses across NYC, create and post listings across major rental platforms, and develop and implement marketing strategies to maximize exposure and occupancy.
Requirements
Proven experience as a real estate broker or rental agent in NYC
Strong understanding of the NYC rental market, particularly free market units
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Highly organized with strong follow-up and time management abilities
Self-starter with a drive to succeed and grow in the real estate space
