Job Description
As a Leasing Community Intern, you will provide high-quality customer service, maintain accurate lease file documentation, and participate in community events. This is a part-time, non-exempt position with a salary range of $13 - $15 per hour plus bonus potential.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Enrolled in a degree program at an accredited college or university with a minimum of 6 credit hours
  • Maintain a minimum 2.5 cumulative grade point average
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
  • Available to work approximately 20 hours per week, evenings and weekends
