What You Will Do
As the Leasing Consultant, you will be the first impression of our community and play a key role in achieving occupancy goals while providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include welcoming prospects, residents, and guests, building relationships, conducting apartment tours, and following up with prospects.

Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of multifamily property management and leasing experience
- LIHTC (Affordable Housing) experience required
- Affordable housing experience involving LIHTC, HUD, Section 8, HOME, or similar programs.
- Knowledge of income qualification, household eligibility, verifications, certifications, and recertifications.
- Working knowledge of Fair Housing requirements.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
- Experience managing and maintaining resident files
- Strong customer service, sales, and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work Saturdays as scheduled
- Valid driver's license
- Successfully pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
