Job Description
Bader has been successfully managing rental communities in the Twin Cities of Minneapolis and St. Paul for more than 50 years. This is a full-time benefit eligible position with 401(k) matching, health insurance, and more. The Leasing Consultant will be responsible for leasing apartments, maintaining resident and property files, and ensuring the property is well-maintained and marketed.

Requirements

  • Develop full knowledge of application information required, screening processes and policies regarding rentals.
  • Maintain an on-going resident retention program.
  • Handle resident requests and complaints efficiently and courteously.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports.
  • Ensure the property is well-maintained and attractive to potential residents.
  • Market the property as directed.
