What You Will Do

Meet and greet prospective residents, conduct property tours, respond to leasing inquiries, process rental applications, and work collaboratively with the property management team to develop strategies to meet occupancy goals.

Requirements

• At least one year of experience in leasing or real estate sales; multi-family leasing experience preferred
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate with a diverse range of people
• Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
• Solid computer skills, including Microsoft Office and property management software
• Must be available to work weekends and evenings as needed
• Ability to work well in a team environment and contribute to a positive work culture
• Bi-lingual in English and Spanish preferred
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Available to work 9am to 6pm Monday through Friday as well as Saturdays and Holidays as needed
