Role OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated Leasing Consultant to support the operations at Pierce Park Apartments, a 430-unit tax credit and project-based Section 8 (affordable) apartment community located in Pacoima, CA. This role requires strong sales and leasing skills, and is responsible for all aspects of leasing, including showing and leasing apartments through effective selling and closing techniques, processing applications, interacting with current and prospective residents and vendors, and promoting positive and proactive resident relations.
What You Will Do
Assist in all aspects of leasing, including touring, processing applications, answering phones, and managing inquiries. Conduct property tours for prospective tenants through apartment community, units, and common areas. Develop marketing strategies to attract prospective tenants, including follow-up on leads and hosting promotional events.

Requirements
