Job Description
As a Leasing Consultant, you’ll be the face of Homecoming at Terra Vista, welcoming potential residents, building relationships, and helping people find their perfect home.

Requirements

  • 1–2+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or leasing (retail, real estate, or hospitality industries a plus)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills—comfortable engaging with diverse individuals
  • Motivated by goals and performance metrics, with a proven ability to close sales
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with leasing/property management software (Yardi, OneSite, AppFolio) is a bonus
  • Available to work weekends (with weekdays off)
  • Professional presentation and a customer-first attitude
