Job Description
The Leasing Consultant is responsible for executing the property’s marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years minimum of relevant experience in sales, marketing, internet and customer service
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, hospitality, or related field preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to read, write, and communicate effectively
  • Mathematical skills necessary to process sales conversions
  • Ability to apply sales skills, such as generating sales leads, conducting sales presentations, qualifying prospects, and closing
