Job Description
Ginkgo Residential LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant to join our team and drive business results through sales and resident retention of a multi-million-dollar asset. The Leasing Consultant will be the first point of contact for prospective residents and play a key role in the leasing and sales process.

Requirements

  • Greet and assist prospective residents in a friendly and professional manner
  • Conduct property tours, showcasing amenities and available units
  • Answer questions and provide information about leasing terms, pricing, and property policies
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and follow-up activities
  • Coordinate move-in and move-out processes, ensuring a smooth transition for residents
  • Support resident retention efforts through effective communication and relationship-building
